Anti-Spam Policy

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

Obligo prohibits the use of unsolicited commercial electronic messages to advertise, market, or promote Obligo, obligo.com, myobligo.com, or any Obligo product or service to consumers who are not affiliated with an existing Obligo landlord customer. Obligo does not authorize its employees, contractors, service providers, affiliates, partners, or other third parties to use spam to promote Obligo or its websites to individual consumers.

Commercial marketing messages sent by or on behalf of Obligo must comply with applicable law and Obligo’s applicable suppression and unsubscribe requirements. Where an opt-out mechanism is required, Obligo honors valid opt-out requests and does not knowingly continue sending marketing messages to recipients who have opted out.

This policy does not prohibit transactional or relationship communications that are necessary or appropriate in connection with a requested or existing Obligo service or account, including invitations requested by property managers for renters to fulfill their security requirements. These may include, for example, enrollment and account communications, payment and billing information and reminders, security or verification messages, service notices and support communications, and legally required notices. Such communications are not sent for the primary purpose of advertising or promoting Obligo.

Suspected spam or other misuse involving Obligo, obligo.com, or myobligo.com may be reported through Obligo’s published support channels.
